For years, I struggled with overeating, followed by excessive restriction (like telling myself I was allergic to dairy so I’d stop eating cheese… cringe). I was constantly battling food, despite being a Pilates instructor and successful corporate girlie.
When traditional macro coaching left me more obsessed with tracking and less happy with my results, I was convinced there had to be a better way.
I got certified as both a macro coach AND an integrative health coach, then found a mentorship in mindful eating.
That's when everything changed.
I finally discovered how to rewire my relationship with food completely. I didn’t have to “force” myself to stick to my macros, I simply didn’t have the same urges or cravings I used to. It was WILD
Now I feel in control around food —and I've maintained a 15-pound weight loss for 3 years -- with WAY less work than I ever thought possible (plus, I barely track my macros at all anymore!)
