Part 1: Capacity when you’re overwhelmed

Scrap your current understanding of what it takes to get results & replace it with the Impact-Capacity Meter model which proves that making the most of your capacity is more important that “doing it all” - especially with anxiety!

You’ll tackle the first interactive worksheet here and identify WHAT is draining your capacity right now!

Part 2: Core Values deep dive

You get the playbook for naming your personal core values, so you know how to to assess what “future you” really needs to feel secure and fulfilled. This is a key step before picking your anchor habits.

You’ll get a second worksheet for this section so you can get SUPER clear on your core values. Evidence shows that new habits are more sticky when they relate to your identity instead of just an outcome that you want. Core Values are the cheat code to getting more clarity in your busy brain.

Part 3: Anchor Habits deep dive

Identify the 1-3 anchor habits to create the biggest ripple effect in your life - this is where the magic happens. We use your capacity and core values to reverse engineer the baby steps you need to domino into becoming someone who loses weight even with anxious days

You’ll get a third worksheet for this section, so you can brainstorm and confirm the biggest “habit dominos” for your goals & your values. (The good news is: these are set in stone so there’s no pressure to be perfect… in part 4, we’ll test them!)

Part 4: How do we know if it’s working??

It’s easy to have one bad day turn into deciding to table your goals for later... but this final piece helps you assess how your anchor habits are working and where to tweak them, so you can zoom out and focus on the big picture

In this section, you’ll get a customized habit tracker spreadsheet to use for the next 14 days and track how your Anchor Habits are working in your life AND if you want to tweak them. This tracker will be KEY in our follow-up bonus session (on December 8th!!)!
