The fine print:

I built this program for lifelong yo-yo dieters and/or recovering "good girls" who are SO tired of food being a daily mental battle and worry that the mental drama will ruin their summer again. 

Over the 8 weeks, you will:

  •  Phase 1, Burn the Diet Rulebook: Finally understand why consistency has felt so hard for YOU specifically (spoiler: it's not a personal failure), and build a decision-making filter that makes healthy choices feel easier instead of exhausting.

  •  Phase 2, Eat on Purpose: Stop feeling crazy around food, because you'll actually understand how your body, hunger & appetite work... and have a way of eating you can keep up with, obsession-free.

  •  Phase 3, Become Your Rooted Self: Get a repeatable, realistic framework for what to do after any imperfect moment, so one hard decision never spirals into a full-blown "f*ck it" moment again.

How will the content be delivered, you may be asking? Delivered via video modules AND also as a private podcast (so you can listen on the go or with a baby in your arms!)

 Timing & Details:

  • 8 weeks: Monday July 6 – Friday August 28, 2026

  • 4 live calls: Wednesday at 1pm ET (every other week)

  • 24/7 community conversation: I'll be responding and checking Monday-Thursday

  • Working through Julia’s program has been so eye-opening for me! I love how she knows all the science behind the nutrition/metabolism/macros parts and can explain it at an understandable level, and the how’s/whys to make sense for WHY for macros. I keep marveling at how she teaches it is exactly how they should be teaching mindful eating in schools from day one! It just makes so much sense! And is an amazing wake-up call and answer as a 35yo mom still trying to figure out how to listen to my body and fuel it well.
