Julia is a dynamic nutrition coach and former D1 athlete who transformed her own relationship with food into a mission to revolutionize how women approach health and wellness.

As the founder of Eat More with Julia, she combines her personal journey from diet obsession to food freedom with evidence-based strategies that have helped hundreds of women achieve sustainable results.

Drawing from her experience as a certified macro coach, a certified holistic nutritionist, and NCSF Personal trainer, Julia specializes in creating customized nutrition approaches that work with her clients' unique lifestyles – not against them… to make weight loss and getting healthy easier!

Her signature method integrates metabolism optimization, mindful eating practices, and behavior change psychology to help women break free from restrictive dieting while achieving their health goals.

What sets Julia apart is her approach & authentic approach to wellness, developed through both professional expertise and personal experience.

After spending a decade cycling through various diets without lasting success, she discovered the power of understanding her metabolism, practicing mindful eating, and creating sustainable habits.

More about your speaker, Julia

Julia is a friend, sister, wife, aspiring tennis player, and Atlanta native (though she spent about 10 years living in downtown Chicago before coming home to settle down in 2024). She's an expert nutrition and wellness coach, podcast host, and speaker.

She's worked with women ranging in age from 25 to 70, with goals ranging from staying healthy during pregnancy to losing 20+ lbs before a wedding... No two clients have the same diet, though the foundations of each and every client's approach to nutrition is rooted in practical, science-based strategies.

What that means for you, is she knows what works and what doesn't when it comes to creating lasting health that is about more than just 30-day challenges and weight loss goals.

Plus, as a small business owner herself, she knows all about the numerous skills, positive mindset, and helpful beliefs you must have in order to create something from the ground up (and how to navigate being bad at something new and unfamiliar). She draws so many parallels between building a business and building a healthy lifestyle - both take stepping outside our comfort zone and keeping the bigger vision in mind.

Julia's core passion is to empower women to think differently about their approach to "being healthy" - to see it as a opportunity to live a fuller life, instead of feeling like it's a punishment or a sacrifice.
