Imagine if ➑️

You could enjoy carbs without being focused on the “consequences”?

You could eat a meal at someone’s house without needing to ask them for the macros?

You could plan a spontaneous trip to a bakery without it deraili
I won’t pretend I loved how I felt in my body during my teens & early 20s πŸ’€

But when I think about what actually makes me feel FREE now…
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ it’s wasn’t the smaller size, a flatter stomach, or fitting into my old cloth

Say goodbye to restriction, random food rules, and hating your body.
